Deity - The absolute leader of their continent; they are Godlike. None come before them.
Imperial Emperor and Empress - They are the second in command. They are chosen by the Deities by strength or otherwise (it doesn't matter what type of Elemental they are.)
Royal Duke and Duchess - They are not like the Imperials because there is only one pair of Imperials, while every land has a pair of Royals. The Royals monitor the lands while their Deities are away.
Herd Leaders - By owning their own herd they become fourth in command. However, this does not mean that they have a lot of power.
Heirs - The heirs of all of the above are put at fifth in command.
Council Members - Council Members are all of those who belong to a herd or wander the Council lands. Loners and rouges do not fall under this category.
Loners and Rouges - They are the omegas because not belonging to a herd is frowned upon in Mirona.
